The sub-construction depends on the soil reason and/or weather conditions.

1) compressed, crushed stone bed for the construction
a. a concrete slab
b. a wooden block paving or stone pavement surface
c. a crushed stone chipping surface
2) point foundation with foundation stones (set on stilts), only possible in combination with a wooden flooring (see additional and special designs).

PLEASE NOTE:
The foundation slab which is to be provided on the construction side must be absolutely horizontal, as well as offering the possibility of anchoring the foundation slab. In addition, a pipe for circulating air with minimally a diameter of 15 cm must be laid in such a way, when the ground plate is laid out, that one end lies in the middle of the house and the other end outside the house.
